About Me:: I have been in the Casino industry for about 5 years started as a pit dealer and switched to poker after about a year. I moonlighted until I got a full time job which explains all the casinos. I have been at Caesars full time for a little over 2 years now and I am looking forward to meeting others in the industry.

Seminoles are hiring like 3500 dealers over the next year and they are going to be recruiting out of Vegas next week I believe, Im thinking about flying in for an interview. All they do is interview you no audition they just want to know that you know your shit, Which is why it makes the job that much more attractive "a break-in free environment". Nothing against break-ins just hate sharing my hard earned money with them. Anyway min 2 years exp. no dice only BJ, Mini Bac, and Pai Gow, If I dont make it out there I'll just wait for the next one, but if you do let me know how everything goes. Man they come right to your front door offering you a job, you really are a Princess.

When they went to a pool I and alot of other people jumped ship and now they are dead set against bringing any of us back, Ive flown back twice and auditioned trying to get my job back. Now I think the pit is a little better than the poker room and if you or your man deal dice they have a pretty sweet hook up with the HL games. The only thing bad about the place is the compliance rate is I think around 37 per hour, and if your in HL your looking @ about 55 per hour so if you dont make 4 bills your paying taxes on money you didnt make, but over all Im envios wish I was moving there.

I worked @ Boulder Station, The Orleans, Ballys, and The Paris before I said I've had enough and moved to Temecula to work @ Pechanga. Now I work in sunny southern oklahoma?
