SignonSanDiego.com and the North County Times both report that Pechanga is about to layoff 400 workers. No time frame was given. Pechanga employees learned of possible layoffs but were not given information about when or how many as long as two months ago. Just something to think about.
I know a few people that have already been let go. I guess they got a decent severance package, but they're still out of a job. Has anyone heard about hiring new floor at a lower rate of pay?
November came and went with no additional layoffs, but business is still slow. Not just in Temecula as most of you know. The Vegas layoffs just kept coming in November and December. It's rough out there, folks. I want to wish everyone the very best holiday season.
