Full-Time

Job Summary:
Responsible for following all policies and procedures of the Blackjack pit insuring games protection. Promoting a fun and exciting atmosphere.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES:
1. Responsible for adhering to policies and procedures within the department.
2. Maintain security of games and monies on assigned table.
3. Stays up to date with current cheating techniques.
4. Projects a positive customer service image at all times.
5. Responsible for inspecting facility for cleanliness.
6. Responsible for maintaining proper working attire.
7. Responsible for conforming to internal controls and adhering to proper dealing procedures as set forth by Chickasaw Enterprises.
8. Responsible for performing other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of departmental rules, regulations and policies. Must have knowledge of all games on gaming floor. Ability to assist employees and customers. Must be friendly with an outgoing personality. Must be able to follow all instructions, written and oral. Must have excellent mathematics skills. Must be able to sit, stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have successfully completed Chickasaw Enterprises dealing school.

CERTIFICATES OR LICENSE:
Must be able to pass background checks and receive a gaming license from Chickasaw Gaming Commission. Must be able to successfully complete a negative result on pre-employment drug test.

They will not hire people with dealer experience. They have been training those poor newbies (incorrectly) themselves and then putting them on the floor with no idea of how to handle the situations that come up when dealing a live game. And, they're training them wrong so that they will fail auditions later on at any real casino! Mia's reply was right. Think about it, why will they only hire people with no experience?...um...because people who don't know better don't know what's fair treatment! So sad, I've never heard of a company refusing to hire knowledgeable employees! C'mon, Texas, get gaming!!!!
